Today I spent my entire morning searching on DuckDuckGo and Google for an answer to a simple code question: “What is the difference between a List and an Array in C#”.
These are not new concepts to me. I know their differences. But I was specifically looking for implementation details, performance differences, memory usage, etc.
And I couldn’t find a straight answer. Maybe I’m just bad at searching, but every website whose posts were created after 2020 were trash. They’re poorly written and I can’t trust that they aren’t AI generated.
I find myself reading an article and 2 chapters in I start to find inconsistencies and duplicate and contradictory information. It’s whack.
We need to go back to physical books. 💀
